INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO SUBSCRIPTIONS AND SHOP ORDERS
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates, unless otherwise stated, and are correct at the time of entering information.
All payments made via Missprint Media Limited are managed securely by our payment providers:
– Card payments are processed by Stripe
– Direct Debit and bank payments are processed by GoCardless
Your payment details are processed and stored securely by the payment providers named above. We do not process or store your card or bank account details.
When you make a payment, you are confirming that you are either the card or account holder, or that you have permission from the card or account holder to order from us.
We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card or bank account in the case of direct debit orders. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
It’s your responsibility to keep your address details up to date. If you move house or your details change in any other way please update them by logging in to our customer portal, or contact us and we’ll update them for you.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
INFORMATION FOR SUBSCRIBERS
At the start of your subscription
Print subscriptions to Kookie Magazine start with the next available quarterly issue which may take up to three months to arrive.
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
Chargebee is a dedicated subscriptions website, which allows you to stay in control of your subscription. This site can only be accessed using your subscription portal, hosted at https://kookiemagazine.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login. Here you can:

If the subscription that you purchased includes a copy of the current issue or back issues, please allow up to a week for delivery in the UK, two weeks in Europe and three weeks in the rest of the world. Gifts are sent out separately to your subscription copy of the magazine.
If you have bought a gift subscription, any free gifts will be delivered to the purchaser.
Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw a promotion at any time.
For annual recurring subscriptions, we will take the initial payment at the time of your order, and the next payment after your receipt of the final paid-for magazine of that year. We will then take subsequent payments after you have received the full complement of paid-for magazines for each year.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Missprint Media Limited will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Missprint Media Limited to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Missprint Media Limited or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
Money Back Guarantee
Your subscription is protected by our Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason you’re not satisfied you can write to cancel at any time and receive a refund of the cost of all unmailed issues.
